Question: What happens if you are Forced to share your Frequency with several Others in the Same Town as Yours ?
 

Answer.

4. Frequency Coordination

Frequency use is on a shared basis and the Ministry does not accept liability under any circumstances for any loss or damage of any kind occasioned by the unavailability of frequencies, or interference to reception.

Keep this incase it happens !

As you are referring to the GURL this means that anyone has the right to share your frequency. You could have multiple operators in the same street all using...
