Each week they feature a different NZ band live on the show. they interview the band, play the featured bands old and newest music, give away they're latest albums. They "Feature The Band!".. Also on the show the "U Pick 5 Countdown", The Beat News, 3 Old School In A Row, The Gig Guide, Other on air live games etc..
