THIRD ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

at 7:30pm on Tuesday 23rd October 2007

Venue: Auckland VHF Group (Branch 66) Clubrooms,
Hazel Avenue,Mount Roskill (see below)

If you are a member of The Society, a past member, or someone with an
interest in LPFM broadcasting, then you are all cordially invited to
come along.

Members of TSOLPFMBI are invited to submit nominations for candidates
for election to the following positions of The Society:

The rules governing this are:

15.1 Nominations of candidates for election as Chairperson, Secretary,
Treasurer and
other members of the Executive Committee:
15.1.1 shall be made in writing, signed by two Members of the Society and
accompanied by the written consent of the candidate (which may be endorsed
on the form of the nomination); and

15.1.2 shall be delivered to the Secretary of the Society not less
than seven days
before the date fixed for the holding of the Annual General Meeting at
which the
election is to take place.

Instructions on how to get to the Auckland VHF Group Clubrooms
==============================================================
Located in Hazel Avenue, Mount Roskill, right at the END of the street
on the LEFT, behind the Scout Hall. There is a driveway on the left
just past the Scout Hall which takes you down the side of that
building into an area in front of the club rooms where there is room
for a number of cars. There is also plenty of parking in the street.

Hazel Avenue is off Dominion Road. Coming from Mount Albert Road, it
is the SIXTH street on the left. From the other direction, it is the
TENTH street on the right after Balmoral Road.
