First thing... do a check here to see if someone holds the licence for
106.2 in Auckland. Search the database of RSM here...

Neither 106.2 and 106.4 are on the top end guard band... it starts at
106.7 and goes to 107.7.


Try several radios to see if you can receive it... It could be a fault
with your radio... or perhaps a harmonic of something else close by...
(your own station maybe?)

Contact RSM with as much info as you know about the transmissions...
ie... where you can pick it up etc... approx suspected location etc.

Who is running this? Its coming in really strong in beach haven, and seems to have loads of noise/overmodulation above it that knocks out my fm modulator on...

It's HIGHLY unlikely that TRN would be overmodulating. They run top end equipment on all their stations and it's virtually foolproof. More likely an issue with...
