It sure is, they were on 89.0 a few years then RSM changed it to 88.9 a few
months ago

I am have issue at the moment with some broadcasting over my signal as they
are only 1 mhz away.. ie I am on 88.5 and they are on 88.6 a real pain in
the butt.
