Yes, 88.9 and 106.5 are both FMBC frequencies, despite them being 200 kHz away
from the lower and higher LPFM frequencies.
Most tuners can differentiate between two adjacent stations that are 200 kHz
apart, although a high powered station may take precedence over a low power one
where there are issues of overmodulation - which of course shouldn't be
happening.
I do wonder if RSM will be paying any attention to this, or is it in the
"too-hard" basket?
