Hi Brian
fyi Tascam is the professional side of Teac.
I work in an Access radio station and we got a Tascam CD-X1500 cd player
last year.
Its a a dual cd player that suits our station well. Fader start etc. The
only thing it doesn't have is balanced outputs, just rca connectors. It
goes into standby mode if left paused for 20 mins or more. If someone
pushes eject while the cd player is running it does nothing and this
saves embarassing dead air if you popped a a cd while it was on air.
I've put instructions on my blog for seting them up for fader start etc.
