Hi, no brand , it was built to high spec by 2 very well known radio techs, one was the engineer that designed it and the other the builder.
It is fair to say the design is a mix of other console designs mainly Poul kirk csc and Arrakis, has everything all consoles have, it was built in the late 80s.
