MayaQuest 2001 is Classroom Connect's award winning adventures for spring 2001. Follow the adventure onward through the experiences of Alta's travel buddy, Quesla. Quesla (the questing llama) is a small curious llama who is traveling with the Quest Team in Central America. Quesla will return briefly to Alta Elementary in Reedley, CA and then embark on worldwide travel visiting other classrooms around the globe. Join in the exploration, consider joining MayaQuest, and possibly host a visit from Quesla in the future.
This e-group is a group of global educators who are participating in MayaQuest, hosting Quesla, or doing both. The purpose of the project is to promote global awareness and harmony among school children in every nation. Feel free to contact Cheryl Vitali and request joining this e-group. It will probably not be possible for Quesla to come to every class that requests a visit (since as many as 90,000 classes are registered for MayaQuest), however joining the eGroup and participating in the discussions and discoveries is a way that does not have any limits.
