Much as I'd love to come to the pix, esp to see any of the mentioned films, but I am already spoken for on Thursday. Boo, hoo.
As for the Friday night fiasco,
... I was considering canvassing the Emos, mall rats and other flotsam of the Mall, to see if any of them wanted to hang instead, but gave up on that idea as being very BAD. Better luck next time. I saw the humour in it though.

Subject: [SFFiG] Revenge of SFFiG Meet
Firstly, apologies to all those who attended SFFiG Meet on Friday, or at least attempted to - as Centrepont was locked up shortly after 5pm. I've had a few messages from people who came along to be hurried out again by security guards. We won't be doing that at that time of day again :-)
So, to make up for this we're organising a last minute get together - a Movie at Village and coffee afterwards this Thursday around about midday.
I'd like to get a quick show of hands as to which movie we'll be seeing , jump on to our forums at http://z10.invisionfree.com/SFFiG/index.php?showtopic=51&st=0
Current suggestions are:
* Journey to the Centre of the Earth
* Space Chimps
* Wall E
We'll decide on a movie and announce times by Tuesday evening.
