Greetings to all our new members, good to see new faces as well as
our familiars appearing.

Also good to see people coming out of the Geek-closet, as a proud
Geek myself I say congratulations! After all, what's in a Geek? Just
a lot of goey bits like everyone else... perhaps some midichlorians
too.

I'd like everyone to make themselves feel at home here - make use of
the files, photos, etc. sections as you see appropriate.

I'd also like to some people be able to run their own sessions
through our club - if it's sci-fi geeky then just do it. It could be
a presentation, a discussion of your favourite movie - we have the
big TV available on booking if you'd like to share a DVD with the
group, or anything else you might think of - just let me know and
we'll organise it!

oh, and thanks Mark for the link regarding time travel - I've checked
my sink but found nothing so far, not giving up yet! I'll let you all
know if I find myself in there...
