As one of the most eager participants of the movie night, it is with much embarrasment that i send my apologies for the 'no-show' last night. David (my other half) is down with the flu, so I knew he'd not be going, but i often have issues with fatigue (not chronic fatigue so the docs tell me, but might as well be at times) and last night it all caught up with me at around 7 o'clock. I do hope the film did the story justice, and look forward to seeing it maybe at an earlier time slot. Hoping too, that enough members showed up to make the social outing a worthwhile experience.
Wishing everyone a great Christmas, hoping you share it with people you like and care for, have plenty to drink (always responsibly though) have loads of festive food, whatever tha may mean for you, and you can kick back, let the worries of the world, the dramas and tensions of life just flow away at least until we resume the normal, hectic craziness in the new year.
Stay well, safe and always carry a spare smile
