Dear Sir/Madam,
On behalf of STANISLAW BLUM Foundation I ask you to help us promote
the goals of this charitable foundation
- by announcing on the radio or in the press the attached
announcement.

The BLUM foundation - although established and administered in
Melbourne - each year distributes grants to
non-profit organizations Australia-wide.
Last year it received 49 applications for grants. 41 of them were
approved, of which nearly 20 were Polish
schools, ensembles, youth groups etc. The total amount distributed
was $30,405. This year we have approx.
$34,000 to share.

We are sending this appeal to known community stations, which
broadcast programs in Polish. By spreading
the news, you can contribute to improving a financial situation of
organizations that promote Polish
language and Polish culture in Australia. Not all of them can we
reach via means other than radio or the
ethnic press.

A separate promotion will be carried out through Polish umbrella
organizations.
