Hello Deb,
I actually agree with you. Judges would, in my opinion, be seen to be
aiding breeders who still dock and would therefore, perhaps be liable if a
dispute were to ensue. We must remember, however, that this is only one
Judge's opinion and perhaps it is just a question of educating our judges.
