Hi Bonnie,
You could try a couple of things.
1. when you rinse Tully off in some warm water put some white
vinegar...(not too much) and see if that gets rid of the dry skin.
2. You can use a wool wash to wash him with this would help keep the
fleas at bay. Also in his food put some garlic this will go through
the skin and the fleas don't like it.
