Hi All,

Just a quick update. Since we're down to 11 we can no longer have our
4 teams of 3, so we're going for 2 teams of 4 and one of 3. The YSM
team remains the same but we've added Sharkey to team 1 and Gainsey to
team 2, thereby creating 2 mixed teams of 4. I hope everyone's
training is going well. Richard has started joining us for running AND
the coffee. Remember Brett, Suzie, Richard and I run at Centennial 3
times a week and all are welcome.
