Here's the deal. Access 2000, 2002, 2003 implement locking of Forms
when more than one user has the Form open. Access 97 didn't care and
often it wasn't a problem.

Thus, in your case, each person needs to have their own Front End file
- the one that contains Forms, Reports, Querys, Macros, Modules, local
private tables.

If you don't want to implement a separate file for each person, then
just tell people to ignore the error message - they will be able to do
data entry, editing but no one will be adble to do Form, Query,
Macros, Modules, Report design unless everyone except one closes the file.
