Description

Welcome to the Australian National VHF DX Group.

This internet based group has been produced to cater for the interests of Australian Amateur Radio Operators who are interested in DX activity on bands 2m and beyond. Mainly centered around 2m/70cm/23cm and above, but also involving 50 MHz Sporadic E.
The ANVDG caters for all modes FM, SSB, CW and digital weak signal modes like WSJT.

The ANVDG site is also intended to give others an insight into just what is possible using the Very High Frequency bands and above in Australia. To be a valuable source of information pertaining to the setting up and operation of a VHF and above station. Showing what fun, excitement and success can be had using the various, interesting propagation techniques, of which each can be utilised at different times to make contacts, depending upon local weather and space weather conditions.

ANVDG welcomes new members. Upon joining the ANVDG email group, you are recognised as a member of the Australian National VHF DX Group.
