Welcome to all our new members and I hope a few more of you show
interest in the ride freestilee has posted.

I've been quiet on the net since Yahoo Clubs moved over to Groups,
I hope to change that with summer coming up now also bringing with it

Welcome to the club.
I'm not familiar with the model.
I popped into my local Yamaha dealer for chain and sprocket prices
and thought I'd ask about your TDR.
Well he hadn't heard of such a bike.
He suggested it may be possible that it was imported as a different
model name.
Anyway he's more than happy to answer any questions you have.
If possible send him a small sized image of it.
Tell him what year model it is with as much information as possible.

I'm moving to Australia, bringing my lovely Yamaha TDR250 along with
me. Could anybody tell me if it's a common bike in Australia? I'm
moving to Maitland - am I likely to have any trouble getting parts or
servicing for it? How are 2-strokes generally regarded over there?

Incidently, you have absolutely no idea of how lucky you all are -
have you ever tried motorcycling in Europe?
