Doing ok thanks hon, and yeah isn't it great news, I actually bought some IGA bread yesterday that says it has folate in it....like in the name not just on the nutrition section on the back, great stuff!

I spotted something a few weeks ago in the news online but forgot to

I know some breads already have folate in them, but this will make it
compulsory.
