TOTAL FIRE BAN ON NORTHERN BIBBULMUN TRACK EXTENDED TO APRIL 30. Open fires
are now banned on the Bibbulmun Track from Kalamunda (Map 1) through to
Brockman Highway (Map 4). The ban is place from December 2004 to the end of
April 2005. This means that only fuel stoves should be used at all 26
campsites from the northern terminus to the half way point of the Track.
