The Bib track from Hills Forest Discovery Centre through to Dale Rd,
is now open, to quote the The Bibbulmun Track web site,

"Perth Hills Bush Fire - Track Reopened

The Bibbulmun Track after January 2005 Fires has now been reopened.

The section from the Hills Forest Discovery Centre through to Dale Rd,
which was closed due to the bushfire which was deliberately lit on
Saturday 15 January 2005, has been reopened. The original Beraking
campsite is now open however it does not have a shelter. It has a
water tank, table and toilet only. For more information please click
