The company may be facing a class action fairly soon in America. They
have taken many deposits for the last YEAR or more, but still have not
got any production going. Customers are VERY unhappy! Some have used the
services of their credit card companies to extract a refund, but
promises are still being made about deliveries or refunds and not being
met.

The probability of deliveries being made in April 2007 may be about the
same as the probability of deliveries being made in April 2006. I don't
know.

Actually, I don't think the owner is trying to defraud anyone. He just
has not got his act together to get production going. He says he was in
China recently trying to organise a factory to make the gear, but so far
no-one has seen any product. I suspect it may simply be lack of capital
and lack of business knowledge, rather than anything more sinister.
Pity - supposedly some good tents.

Plan B?
