Re: [Aushiker] Helena hut/Mundaring weir

Hi Ralph
The hammock itself is the same as I used before, including the tarp over
the top.
The difference with this setup is I made an under quilt to go under the
hammock to keep my back warm and to do away the the blue ccf pad that I
had to carry strapped to the outside of my pack.
The pad moves around too much while I slept and now I can pack the quilt
into my pack.
By the way, talk is under way for me to make a hammock for Mark after
he tried mine out and saw how easy it was to set up on the very rocky
and steep ground up at that hut.
I would never go back to sleeping on the ground now after using my
hammock a lot of times, it is just so much more comfortable.
