Hello Julie,
I can give you a contact in Albany who may be aware of someone in Esperance
and what walks are good.
Shelley Adkin is the Secretary of the Albany Bushwalkers and any enquiry
must have “Albany Bushwalkers” in the subject line.
Her email address is:

For a list of bushwalking contacts in WA see the following link:

I am aware of the following in the Esperance Region:

Subject: [Aushiker] Introducing me
Hi All,
Thankyou for allowing me to become one of your group. I live in beautiful
sunny Queensland, but have visited WA numerous times. Next Januaray/February
I will be in the Esperance area and am wondering if there is anyone with a
knowledge of that area who can give me a few tips on good walks, possibly
with an overnight campout. Also, are there any group activities planned
during that time, particularly in the Esperance/Albany region?
Happy hiking to you all :)
AusBushGal
