Bibbulmun Track - Sullivan Rock - Mt Cooke   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #455 of 3616 |
Hello

My wife and I are planning a very slow, staged
end-to-ender. We did Kalamunda to Brookton Hwy in 3
stages last year and are planning to walk from
Brookton Hwy to Dwellingup in 3 stages this year.

Regarding the section from Sullivan Rock to Mt Cooke
I'm interested if anyone has recently walked the newly
reopened track and how it looks - has there been much
regrowth since the recent fires? Is it worth walking
this year or should we leave it a few more years?

Also, can anyone advise what facilities, if any (eg
barbecues, tables, etc) are available at the Sullivan
Rock parking drop-off/pick-up point on Albany Hwy.

Thank you.
