RE: [Aushiker] Bibb Track

Mike thanks for the Kalbarri input.
Surprised that there is so much drinking water up there already at this time
of the year. However that's very useful to know thanks again.
So far, we intend to terminate our walk at the loop after the Z Bend. Much
easier to walk out from, even if it is UP hill all the way.
I intend to do similar sleep under overhangs this year, just my luck they'll
probably collapse. Found last year it was bloody COLD out in the open and
much warmer near the overhangs.
Yeah, we have a coach to drop us off and pick us up as well as accommadation
in Kalbarri for the first and last nights.
Thanks for your input, it's appreciated and enjoy your Bibbulmun walk. Take
not of the section after Harvey Quinndanning Rd, let me know what condition
it's in, I caretake that section ?
Regards, Eddy.

Hi Andrew,
Thank you for your past help with your schedule etc.
I start the Track from Albany tomorrow (4th) at
0600hrs. I will have limited internet access but will
endeavour to notify of any problems along the way.

Hi Eddy,
Noticed that you're planning Kalbarri Gorge for end of
July. I did Natures window; Loop; Z-bends; Hawk's Head
& Ross Graham lookout for three days of the easter
break to test out myself; my menu and all the gear I
have made prior to the Bibb track.
There was plenty of water for treating, plenty of
cave/overhangs to set up sleeping bag or bivy;
therefore didn't use tent (where I camped you couldn't
get pegs in the ground anyway).
At the Z-bend had to climb out of the gorge to the
carpark as there was no other way but swimming.
John Brandenburg of Kalbarri Coach tours is a good
contact if you wish to be dropped off/picked up.
All the best
Mike aka BoilTheBeally
