Im definatley looking forward to it! Sleak is now tuned and could do
with some more tuning but for now I got 240HP on the dyno with my
boost controler playing up but it is now kind of fixed and Im having
fun wheelspinning in second at 80ks when 20psi comes on board!!!
I had to get a bosch 600HP fuel pump, surge tank and malpassi fuel
reg. Now I just need more tuning and to tune it for race fuel and see
what I get. Next will be an MSD ignition system as I will be running
out of spark soon I fear!
But give me a time / date and Ill be there!!

pretty cool. If anybody else has any suggestions bring them on, the
more, the better ideas we will have for the cruise. Im thinking maybe
Saturday arvy BBQ/swim etc etc at the coast followed by some cruising
that night? NE ideas people? The date etc will be organised so all
can attend. So people make suggestions on places, things to do, and
dates and will pool em together and get the cruise on the road!!!
Ok guy's, ive just added some photos to the photo album. They are of
my old muffler and my new muffler, plus my new chrome wheel's i just

Yeah I think it is a great Idea, but NOT on a sunday arvo! I usually
sleep then and have work on monday. I think that a sat night would be
better and we can make a goldie cruise out of it!! Sound better? See
I come from the sunshine coast and Im not too keen on the idea of
driving to anywhere far away without some sweet action, like cruises
and racing ect.
But it is definatley a great idea! You do some organising, we could
do a cruise like you all did a while ago (I couldnt come :( )!
Im getting excited about it all!!

How you going mrhiggs2000. It's very easy to get small power
increases. Such items as, removing the air intake chambers in the
gaurds and making a cold air intake, and adding a K&N flat filter in
the original airbox. Also changing your exhaust system will give
credible results. A cat back system is good, a first flange system is
better, a dump off the turbo is best! Just make sure when doing the
latter, that you add a malpassi fuel regulator, your gonna need it!
There's some simple ideas for you, and is cheap.

working with them until 4am and then having to drive home for another
2.5H!! So Im a bit tired!
But just some info for you!
Custom manifold, Weisco Forged pistons and rings, copper head gasket,
o ringed block and head. Thats it for stage one as I now have to run
it in but stage two is the fitment of a fuel pump and surge tank and
wind up some boost!! Say around 25psi on race fuel should do the
trick!!

for some places to get some performance parts for it also im looking
for someone to give me a few pointers on how to get some more power
out of it
Hello everyone, how has every one been? im still in the process of getting

Aloha again people! It seems that there is
another cruise again this weekend. Date is 10th of feb.
Start time is 2am. thats right, 2am in the morning!
will be starting at the bp at yatala. (gold coast). It
will then travel down to byron bay, to watch the
sunrise. Then later after b/fast, the cruise will continue
through lismore etc and make its way back up to finish at
ipswich region. I encourage all to attend, to show a good
strong mx6 presence. As of yet, there are three mx6's
going, were hoping more will attend! If anyone is
interested, plz reply back and i will give more detailed
information!
hello everyone, i just fitted my new exhaust
today! its a 2.5" system, with a 5.5" tip! its huge! it
sounds like a dozer. like a real performance system. Not
one of those sport look at me panzy boy systems.

Hey people.<br>Had my first time at the drags on
sat night. Was a bit disapointed by the times I got
but I think I was just expecting lower times!! My
best was a 14.6 at 100MPH which isnt too bad, this is
with a bit of wheelspin off the line and into second.
Was a great night and had an absolute ball! I
recomend racing to anyone cause it is just to much fun and
its alot safer then on the street. You can also say
my car runs ..... on the strip, whats yours run??

Hi Rhys,<br>What model Microtech are you using? I
have an MT8 in mine and found the same injector
problem. I haven't had a chance to get the bigger
injectors yet but I'll be doing that within the next few
weeks. Did the 13b turbo units fit straight in? Were
they hard to tune? Are you using the standard fuel
pump and pressure regulator? Any more specific details
you could provide would be a great help to me as I'm
getting ready to go all out on my

Hey people. No one has sent anything on this for
ages and I have some news! I got my Microtech fitted a
few weeks ago only to find that my injectors are too
small so lastweekend I got some 13B turbo ones (600cc)
and now the cars running its best. The boost is up to
13 which is nice and safe and a readout of 199HP at
the wheels. I know you all are now saying that lying
wanker, he said his car had 230HP a while ago and now he
tells the truth! Well I did get 230 on a dyno, BUT I
now know that the dyno was tampered with to give
higher readings. I think 200HP is pretty good out of an
old motor! (not old as it has been rebuilt but
technology age) I will put up the dyno sheet in the pics
section. <br><br>Also anyone in brisbane area come to the
street meet at Willowbank this saturday night. Will be
great to see a few more then just me there! Its my
first time racing so if you do come, dont laugh too
hard as I go from 2nd to 5th or bunny hop off the
