Well, I have been bike commuting all year now (phew, such a long time
I know). This morning was the worst experience I have had so far.
I've had to use the horn quite a few times, stoopid people deciding to
change lanes while I am pulling even with their eyeballs on a very
noisy bike... ??? Perhaps I need to invest in hot pink and yellow
leathers or something for improved visibility...

I also noticed heaps more traffic this morning, perhaps due to
yesterday's storm? So I had to lane split a hell of a lot more than I
would be comfortable with (in stopped traffic of course, I don't have
a deathwish just yet)... and I noticed heaps more people doing dopey
things in their cars like you describe...

But yeah, I agree that it beats train-ing any day! I think I'm
definitely addicted... even pulled on my wets yesterday even though I
had heard the reports of afternoon thunderstorms... oh well thinks me,
will just get home when it blows over ;-)
