Would have to disagree: It's not stupidity which makes bad (ignorant?)
drivers, but not getting a proper education how to drive the vehicle /
behave in traffic / be aware of surroundings / be concious of the
danger they pose to others.

Sorry to say this (not really), but in places where driving licenses
involve 30+ mandatory hours of training you'll be lucky to see one
driver a month who has not got his lights on in the dark (Saturday, I
counted 5).

AND in such places where awareness for safety is trained, oncoming
traffic would flash such drivers so they don't get very far without
noticing their mistake - unlike here where you can bumble along at
your hearts content and no-one gives a fuck.

I think the DRLs are a great way for drivers to see our front mounted number plates ;-) Really, DRLs have pros and cons. I think the problem is that they will...
