Speeding fine and demerit point change.

"The penalty for speeding up to 15 km/h over the limit has increased
from 2 to 3 demerit points. For light vehicle drivers (eg cars,
motorbikes, vans, etc) the fine has been reduced from $130 to $75,
while the fine for heavy vehicles drivers remains $199.

3 points also apply for speeding up to 15 km/h over the 40 km/h school
bus speed limit.

The penalties for speeding more than 15 km/h over the speed limit
remain unchanged."

- so if you're going to speed at all, you may as well go for 15-30 over!
