My understanding is that if you have a POST 1/1/05 ADR83 compliant bike, then you will not be fined for having a noisy exhaust or not having a sticker. There...

The one word answer to that is "YES". Aftermarket pipes still require labels. I've had this discussion with Guy already. The changes are purely for bikes...

The $200 fine that used to be handed out by the police under EPA LAW is soon to be repealed. If you don't have a sticker on your aftermarket pipes NO fine....
