Very interesting. I read that as:
* if you're pipped for 41-44 in a 40 zone, fight it.
* if you're pipped for 111-121 on the freeway (even by a fixed
camera), fight it.
* any speed limits below 40 are even more ridiculous than I had
already believed, since there is apparently no requirement for ANY
speedo reading at speeds below 40km/h - therefore the minimum
enforcable speed limit is 40.

yes, full tank on arrival is a good idea... else youre going to need to leave in between sessions to find a servo and that'd mean you miss out on the fun. but...

I own & ride a blackbird & can get 350ks plus doing that speed on the freeway, generally speaking i get 300ks to the tank 2 up or alone regardless how i ride...

Ditto. One tooth down on the front on the GSXR1000. It wasnt as dramatic an affect as when i did it to my Honda CBR600, but then GSXR1000's have torque :) ~6%...
