Hi all, wanted to get some thought on putting a tank bag on the rear
seat of my ST3. Went to pack for the Snowy Ride today, as i am taking
3 days to get there taking more gear than my panniers can handle. I
have borrowed a tank bag but found this packed to be a little too high
on the tank most likey due to my portly shape (and that aint gonna
change in a week!). so i strapped the tank bag to the back seat (no
pillion) and seemed stable enough for me, but was wondering if anyone
else has had a similar experiece.

Any thoughts would be helpful.

Regards

Greg
