Small ladies' gloves should work well for him. Have a browse at MCAS
for those - should be plenty for him to try on.
Jacket - Maybe XXS ladies' would be the best option if the Google leads
don't work out.

-Pik, who has long skinny fingers that tend to fit better into XXL
ladies' gloves than L men's.
