"is designated for, or has as one of its main uses"

Ambiguity at its best. What is a "main use" anyway? Is that a primary
purpose by design, an intended outcome or perhaps a statistical
certainty. Therefore I designate Monday as the third day of the
weekend as its main purpose for me has little to do with work.
