Speed is measurable, & it's a great revenue raiser.
Dont know how they would measure the other causes: imagine getting booked for
driving on a road that is not up to spec.
On a recent ride through Victoria I noticed some signs that said rough surface
to find it was usually a fairly small patch.... where are the caution rough
surface signs in NSW..............Is there one on the VIC border & the other on
the QLD border as you are coming in.
Reversing, note a high percentage of reversing accidents highlighted excessive
speed. What is the speed limit for reversing???
or is there not one as we would not normally be reversing in an area where
radars are set up...............................
