Any decent bike shop with a mechanic can organise a quote and do the
work. If youre going thru the other guys insurance you WILL need a
quote before anything happens. The quote will cost you money but that
should be included in the money paid when the claim is settled.
If the front suspension is "torn away", its likely to be a write off!
If the bike is not a write off, the other guys insurance company
agrees to pay the claim and they insure bikes they will pay whoever is
repairing the bike (whoever quoted the repairs). If they dont insure
bikes then they will probably pay you directly.
