Number plate is THY 15 Looking for the owner or someone who knows them..

The bike has been parked in the City Erskine street since Thursday with the
helmet left on it.. There maybe a problem with the owner not returning for it
each day and the place where it is (in front of a work site) is about to be
closed off..
