The Proposed BIKERSANON Annual Freeze your arse Off weekend is going to be held
on the Saturday14th/Sunday 15th June 2008.
This year we will be staying at a Bathurst (Mt Panorama) venue with a variety of
accomodation options available. For those of you that haven't been on a "Freeze
your arse off weekend" here is your chance to see how much fun these weekends
away are. For those of you that are old hands, you know what you are in for : )
. Some of you might be thinking we are crazy and its too cold to ride this time
of year but you can ALWAYS wear the appropriate gear to keep comfortable in the
middle of winter. It is also generally dry this time of year too. Of course if
you choose to you could always drive the cage down the highway.
We plan to have a longer 4 bike ride to the venue but if there is enough demand
for a shorter ride we can also accomodate this too. There are so many good roads
to sample in this region that there are many ride options.
These weekends are always an awesome experience no matter what weather we
encounter so keep these dates free in your calender. SATURDAY 14th/ SUNDAY 15th
JUNE 2008

ps appropiate cold weather gear for me is some good thermals (and socks) under
the leathers, a neck warmer and some winter gloves packed away for if it is a
little wet/misty.........
