EWAY has the bike pouches, I have had mine now for about a month. They offer
two typs of holders and the
tag itself is about a third the size of a car tag.

The two pouches are 1. is an arm band with a velcro strap and the second is
like a small purse with a super magent installed
this then can sit on your tank.

They also gave me a brackit if you want to fit it to the handle bar and the
purse would stick to that.

If you just wanted one it was free otherwise I had to pay 15 bucks to get
the other type as well

Pretty good actually

I had slightly better luck in that the RTA person that I spoke to actually knew of the tag pouches. Unfortunately she also said that there were none left but...
