"Don't post Bitmap [.BMP] files" They are uncompressed and are not suitable
for posts. Change them to JPG's before you post (see xsqueezeme below)

"Size does matter!"
Don't post pictures unless they are of the correct DATA and SCREEN size.
Members with modem connections may have to wait for 30 minutes to see a full
size image and most of use will end up with pictures that are much larger
than our screens.

"What size and how to resize?"
We have found that the Data (file) size should not be greater than 80Kb per
image and 800*600 Screen size. I use "XSQUEEZEME" from www.somewareonthe.net
to resize all my images. PaintShop also does resizing.
