I would like to make this silly "spokeswoman" eat her words...

And so you should - the statement is showing a record of the items that your
account is funding - if the trips on the statement were not made by you or
your eTag (eg dates or times are incorrect) then you shouldn't be paying for
them.

All the previous corrections have had the time I went across the bridge and
some of the ones on the last statement do.

e.g 05/06/2007 ADJUST: 30/05/07 09:20 RTA-01 is correct as that's the time I
tend to be on my way to work.

So I have disputed the other transactions as there is no way I was there at
that time.

The adjust bit is where the toll on a certain date has been charged
on a different date when they've received your tag details. The hour
is probably when the system loads all the data up - late at night
when network traffic is lower.

For some reason ive recevied my June statement twice now.

You didnt go to the BA Hampton Weekend? Then come and see what you
missed out on.

You did go to the Hampton Weekend? Come and see what you got up to,
what others got up to after you went to bed, where the fast ride
went, ....

We may also have a short discussion on how the weekend went, what was
good, what could be improved/changed for next time, etc

and just wait for the amounts to appear on their reg plate linked
E-Toll statement ?

If so check the statement you just got, it shows a load of
transactions for me with a time of 00:09 , ie just after midnight. The
days might be right but the times are definitely incorrect.

I've emailed the RTA asking for all such transactions to be removed
from my account.

Here's an example :

06/06/2007 ADJUST: 31/05/07 00:09 RTA-01

Has anyone going out to Oran Park for the circuit breakers track day got room

beer in it, Crown or extra dry, as much as you want (up to a point ), I'm on

The ebayer would be well advised to raise their concerns with a
followup to feedback left posting.

So far the alleged dodgy chain ebay seller has a 100% positive rating.

What was the mode of failure? "Genuine" chains have also been known
to fail...statistical reliability not helped if the DIY mechanic
joined the chain poorly....eg...NEVER use a clip link.

OMG..I just checked the pics...it appears the chain failed at the
link join...and he used a chain clip. The pin sheared. (Chain clip
appears intact) but should not use a chain clip anyway.

Faxing might be a prob but until I dig out the scanner...

GIO for $373
NRMA (renewal) was $60 more.

(sydney metro area)

Iknow you want the breakdowns but if anyone's needing to renew...call
GIO...their website is not dishing out quotes but worth a phone
call...far cheaper.

Will compile my quote slips and send.

Hello!

Just getting a perf core muffler fitted to my old girl Honda BROS (NT400)
and was informed that it would need to be retuned/carby rejetted.

Anyone recommend a good workshop with a dyno that can do this work?

Already tried Ten Tenths, he was too busy.

Thanks in advance,

- Ben
