Happy New Year to All!!

Hopefully everyone has survived the Xmas New Year break with all
points and limbs in tack!!

Is anyone interested in doing the Motoconcepts Track day at Eastern
Creek on either Thursday 16 Jan or Sun 26 Jan?

Thurs is $100 with discount for 3 people and Sun is $139 with
discount for 3, otherwise add $10 to each day.

want to deal with the elements, then drive ur tin top..man..bloody

Just passing on this safety message from Simon Disney, a member of the
Motorcycle Council of NSW

Samantha
Girls Ride Out

Happy New Year folks,

Please forward this to two wheeled friends.

After the recent bushfires North of Sydney, there is a lot of debris on the
Old Pacific Highway past Cowan. I went for a ride up there yesterday and
almost had a 2 inch branch collect me in the face as it dropped without
warning.

After the fires, eucalypts and angophoras (red gums) are prone to shed
branches- particularly on hot, windy days- so expect to find branches on the
road for at least the next month or so. Same warning applies to Berowra
Waters road on both sides.

In places, there is a build-up of mashed branches, including on some blind
corners- so if you're taking the Old Road- be prepared to encounter debris.

Hi Sophie,

Yup, great run, that!!! Funny enough, I was in the area too: Went up
to Bellingen on 24th, to Queensland (Woodford fest) on 26 return to
Bellingen (also fair amount of the waterfall way) on 30 and then on
31st back via Armindale, Tamworth etc... Thunderbolts way rocks, esp.
all the insane references to Australias most loved criminal. Gotta
see it to believe it!

The road from Bellingen via Dorrigo to Ebor is a real treat. I give
it 5 stars.

We should start a 'good roads and trips' database on the site. Sure
beats the T-shirt survey for practicality ;)

All the best and happy 2003
Phil the ill

Sorry Liam and anyone else who made the effort to turn up only to
find that Nix's was closed for renovations. Apparently Lucio (the
owner) didn't think anyone would turn up so he didn't bother to
inform us. For those who did turn up and stay (about 8 in total)
they enjoyed a scrumptious dinner which Lucio kindly arranged at the
Japanese restaurant four doors up.

To all those that turned up and left again we promise that it will be
all systems go next month at DeNiro's Pizzeria 90 Mount Street, North
Sydney. The price will remain the same ($20 per head) but we will be
feasting on a delicious range of pizza and pasta (no more individual
ordering = quick service)

Hope to see you all there on the 6th February!!

Cheers, Robyn.
PS. Yes DeNiro's is the place we had the website launch
