Dear All,

Let me start off by saying.SORRY THIS IS SUCH SHORT NOTICE!

I should have got off my bottom and done this earlier, I should have asked Kevin
for help. (HEEELLLLP!) I should, could, would. but didn't.



Anyhow we are having a SITE SET UP WEEKEND on the Labour Day long weekend. That
is next weekend, the 12, 13, 14th of March '05, on the Gulpa Creek ConFest site.
As you may imagine from my late announcement, we need help. (I need help!)

We will be doing;

v A very few heavy tasks perhaps - although most are done.

v some medium physical tasks like sitting the toilets upright again

v Light tasks like setting up lime & toilet paper, tables & sinks etc.etc.

v Discussions and idea swapping, concept building & bonding.



It's not much work really, just too much for 1 or 2 people. Mostly we need to
"Tweak" things a little, so if you are at all available we would love to see you
on site to give a hand.

On a brighter note, we have finished the news letter & it will be sent out
tomorrow (Monday), so if you are on the mailing list, expect yours soon. Also
visit the website, www.dte.org.au for information and the poster. We would love
it if you could down load a poster & put it up in your local area.

OK, that's enough reading etc.
