Hi Benny and Everyone,

I totally appreciate what you are saying. Totally. I love staying on
this list just for the feeling of being at ConFest again. No way did
I want to create confusion or diminish the power of this list. It
keeps me connected to a vibe that I love. I wanted to give something
back. I wanted to make car-pooling more efficient and work better for
us and the planet. There are almost 200 people on this list but there
are 1000s that come to ConFest. I'm trying to think of - and then
build - more efficient ways of matching people. So, I thought, rather
than spending our precious time trawling through non-relevant request
and offer emails we can be out playing in the woods!

But just to be clear and avoid misunderstanding, Freewheelers is not
a chat group system like this ConFest group. There's no discussion on
Freewheelers. It's very boring in fact. It does one thing only.
Assist in matching people going the same direction. Freewheelers is
boring but efficient.

Oh, what can I do? I'm trying to build tools to assist people to be
more efficient in doing the boring things so we can all have more
time doing the fun things - and spend less time on computers. I'm
bursting with ideas and have much energy to implement them. So, help
me help you. What should I do better?...

Contact me off-list if you want so as not to create any more
confusion...

added the events into the database. Please take a look and let me
