Would you like to get more involved with making it happen?



ConFesters runs on 100% volunteer energy and is not for profit.



Have you got 10 minutes, an hour or a day (or more) to spare over the
next couple of months?



We welcome any level of involvement ! We’d love to hear from you : )



ConFesters is branching out to involve the greater group. Organising is
now much more fun because we have divided it into smaller groups to
focus to specific tasks.



This is a GREAT excuse to have FUN, learn lots & hang out with the
ConFesters tribe.



We invite you to assist in creating ConFesters. Please read the below
list & let us know which group you are interested in.



The fun groups are:



Oiling cogs: Administration - general facilitation, meeting management,
finance, tickets, bookings, policy and procedures, succession planning



Social Fairies: Fun for the organisers - to create great group
experiences at meetings including social activities, fun time and
committee nutrition.



Meet and Greet: Front gate - coordinates the front gate welcome
experience



Wet and Wild: Facilities - coordinates the set up, operation and pack
up of festival facilities including hot tub, steam room, showers and
swimming.



Looking Good: Site management - research and layout of site including
signs, on-site communications, first aid and traffic using an ecological
approach



Talk the Walk: Communications/Promotions – coordinates, prepares,
designs and distributes information, communication and promotional
materials and is divided into Technical (information superhighway) and
Information



Utilities – organises water, fire management and prevention, power,
lighting, gas, toilets and on-site communications technology. Keeping
it Green: Waste/Lost Property - coordinates recycling, waste and lost
property.



Stomach and Soul Nourishment: Kitchen /Chai tent – coordinates the
preparation, construction, running, maintenance and pack up of Communal
Kitchen, Chai Tent and Chai Kitchen.



The Big Stuff: Infrastructure - coordinates storage structures,
purchasing equipment, set up, pack up and transport of tents, marquees
and tools.



People Services/ Wellbeing: – overseeing the general wellbeing of
people at the festival. By coordinating festival feedback, information
space, volunteering and festival involvement, managing general tone,
welcoming & assisting people.

Also organizing the concert night, evening circle, kid’s corner,
managing notice boards, art area and first aid space.
