Hi guys,

I have found a ride, and the person has another seat available.

We're planning to leave Sydney on Thursday mid-afternoon (negotiable,
but not earlier), and to leave confest on Monday afternoon to get back
to Sydney for Tues morning.

Share driving (if you drive), and petrol expenses.

Not too much stuff, its already pretty "cosy" : - )

He lives in Concord and he's picking me up from Glebe.

let us know!

x
Helen

going on possible numbers for easter..its going to be a biggey...!!

Am scouring all sorts of people for 'free' tree surrounds ot guards..
if anyone knows anybody with these..can you beg borrow or steal..I need
600 over the next 4 weeks or so at least..have asked Greening
Australia..no reply yet re these..though they have been helpful with
advise on planting various seed/trees.

Hope you are all looking forward to a terrific easter bash down here at
the Gulpa paradise..just drive carefully..and remember you are only as
safe as the clown driver lets you be..

The site alive with humans looking like an army of ants..scurrying here
there and everywhere..
No broken giskets or foofoovalves..just a bit bruised..
toilet covers on and information tent loking good..just waiting for the
information..the art village almost up and running just waiting for the
sensuous models to arrive..
Had a group meeting in the workers kitchen this arvo..just discussing
where everyone was at,,and what still needed to be done and in what
order..weather good maybe 2oc ish today..but cold at night..havn't seen
anyone in swimming the water is cold..but thankfully still wet
though...?
An army of ants will tackle the front gate tomorrow..whilst I wil get A
into G and paint some eagerly awaited signs..
thats all the news really..all good down amongst the magic of the Gulpa
paradise..
love from here..

hiya confesters!!

individuals in the sydney confesters committee have coordinated a bus to and
from deni from sydney - im travelling on the bus to deni but will be
continuing onto melbourne and am offering my seat on the bus back to sydney.

date: bus will leave deni morning of wed 20th, returning to sydney evening
of same day

delivery in sydney: to be confirmed. definately sydney metro like central
station

cost: $50 (half the price of the ticket) note: if there is enough saving on
the bus, passengers will be refunded some money to which i would split half
with you.

taking the bus will be an awesome journey, an extension of the festival
itself. with 21 other ppl to chat with, therell never be a dull moment and
with 3 registered drivers you'll be arriving alert and refreshed, having
never touched the wheel!

you couldnt wish for a better arrangement!

the bus seats have been gold, so id advise to contact me ASAP if youre
interested.

cheers

alana

dear friends, I plan to head down to deniliquin making an overnight stop
camping in Wagga to visit my cousin, then heading in to the festival
somewhat early so i can get involved in part of the set up. At this point i
will leave most likely early on wednesday morning the 12th. There is an
outside possibility of getting away on the 11th, tuesday, in which case we
would get to the festival even earlier.
I have an old but very reliable Nissan pop top camper which gets about eight
KM per litre.
I would like a proportion of fuel costs, one person would be 50 -70 dollars
each way (1/3 cost)
I have space for two or even three people if a party wanted to join me.

I am a school teacher and well known in sydney confesters if you need to
find out more about who you will be travelling with.

You need to be flexible and not in a hurry if you want to enjoy travelling
with me. I plan to camp on a bush property with my cousin near wagga and
whoever is with me would be welcome.

Call me on 0438523715 or email sw_sparky@...

Cheers Nirvano

Dear Human Runners,

Sadly, I will not be able to teach 'Rob's Run' at the Deni' confest this
Easter. I have been asked to return to Kenya to work with a group of runners up
at Iten, on the escarpment of the Rift Valley.

I was there in December and one of the athletes, Augustine Choge, won the
5000metres at the recent Commonwealth Games in Melbourne. He and a few others
from our camp are running in the World Cross Country Championships in Fukuoka,
Japan, tomorrow (April 1st).

These beautiful runners have fewer life opportunities than we do so that is
where I need to be. Thanks for all your warmth and support at previous confests.
You can still track my movements and get in touch through: www.robsrun.org

I hope to make a return at future gatherings.

  Rob

Hi All
From: sydneyconfesters@...

*****************************************************************
*****************************************************************

This is a final call for anyone that wants to buy a ticket for the bus
to
Deni Confest.

Imagine: One day busloads of ppl from sydney, nsw and beyond will be
travelling to deni, assisting them to access an experience we know can
be
life changing.

*****************************************************************
*****************************************************************

Points to note:
- There is no Anzac Day Sydney Confest this year, hence us organising a
Bus
to Deni.
- If you haven't booked AND paid for your bus ticket your booking is NOT

confirmed.

We already have one small bus full, however, if we get enough people we
will
be able to get a bigger bus.

What does a bigger bus mean?
- Even MORE comfortable of a trip and more fun with more people going
down.

So spread the word.

Pls answer the following questions:
a) do i have the contact ph number/email of someone who i think will be
going to deni confest this easter?

If you answered 'yes, for sure!' then pls read on.

Ph, txt or email your friend/s to see if they are interested in
travelling
to deni by communal bus.

There are ppl who have not opened, or even received notice, that there
is a
bus. moreover, the best form of generating support is through personal
contact.

Notify them of the benefits: safety and ease of travel, atmospheric
journey,
creating and consolidating friendships, environmental considerations.
Tell
them the details: April 13th-19th, max. $100 to be paid by by the
weekend.

////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
Bus leaves Sydney:
13th April from central Sydney @ 8am (arrives at Deniliquin around
5pm)
Bus leaves Deniliquin:
19th April from outside Deni site @ 10am (arrives at Sydney around
7pm)
Cost:
maximum* of $100 return
////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Booking process (unfortunately if you don't follow this process there is
a
good chance your seat(s) won't be booked and will be allocated to

easier):

line.
2\ Include the full names of people who are wanting bus tickets.
