In this regard we are very fortunate that this year Easter is about as early
as
it can ever be, the Easter weekend is Fri 21 to Mon 24 March, this gives us
a whole month prior to ANZAC day Fri 25th April.

Mikey here. This my first Confest. Looking to leave early, get there
maybe a week before festival. Limited space (I have a stationwagon
Ford Laser)so no big packers, but will consider sharing food cooking
etc. Possibly 3 people (incl. me), but probably only one other. You
don't have to drive (in fact, I probably prefer), but you will
obviously be sharing petrol. Open to short detours, if you like, to
see our beautiful countryside, but mostly just want to get there. talk
again soon (this centrelink computer is not supposed to be used for
this!!!)

Im thinking of a giant group hug with a few OMS' wraped. with lots of
ice some shade and swimming.
Man it was HOT i loved all of it, DTE have an amazing crew, some are a
little grumpy but it did get over 40 im told. but the first aid crew
where the shining stars of confest this year.
With the local ambulance service having less qualifications under
their belt.
Most Humble beings at the festival looked after their own well being.
the few (proportionaly) who forgot to eat or didnt stay hydrated or
gave coolness a wide birth, got to visit first aid.
The with first class service to every one.almost no waiting
Even the helicopter arrived quickly "im told he is doing well although
with out the qualifications @ first aid not even a helicopter would
have been quick enough".
Me thinks is very different to hospitals and medical centers.
ConFest for me was another opportunity to go deeper and further into
my own world.
Thank you to all that i journeyed with who challenged, and/or
supported me through the effervescent bubbling. volcano of ConFest

G'day, I desparately need a lift to confest at the last minute. Had a
lift organized and an ongoing offer to borrow a car if I ever needed it
but somehow both have fallen through; I can put $40 into petrol.
Currently I work as a professional chauffeur so you can be assured of a
smooth safe ride if you want me to drive some, none or all of the way.
I also pack light, one duffel and maybe a pillow (unless I can get it
in the duffel), so I don't need a lot of space.

This is the shortest distance with a shop up.
You can camp / sleep over night via Gundagai. (half way point)
To Sleep spot
Take second Gundagai turn (if you crossed bridge you missed it).
Then turn right past caravan park. And right again
This will take you nder bridge then left at boat ramp (well used driveway)
Lots a camping / swimming no taps or toilets. (trees ok).
Most people should have their rides by now and we would love to hear your
stories when you return.
If you still have spaces in your car / bus / helicopter. Some people are
