..........................

Please read this letter very carefully. It is a notice. It means what it
says. It requires no response as its content is a statement and is not
negotiable.

I did not write this. Who wrote these words is not important. What is
important is what they say. What is important is that I feel them as though
I'd written them myself. What is important is that I know that, as you read
them, I know that I am one of many all joined in thought at this time.

All

knowing that each and every one of us feel these words and have come
together in this way to show you who we really are.

I know that right now, you live in denial. Because you know, like I know,
that something is terribly wrong. It matters not anymore. What matters, is
that you confront your denial and admit to yourself that for all the good
you may feel you can do, in reality you can do nothing. You do not really
know what to do.

But that is of no significance because now you need not do anything.

Becoming a politician was your downfall, because it has restricted you along
with all the other politicians who, like you, can do nothing to stop what is
and what will be. I know who controls you, dictates to you, funds you and
owns you. They always will because you lack the strength to stand against
them and join the ones who elected you.

It is us, the people who ultimately will show you that we elected you and
all your colleagues to govern and protect us from the loss of our Natural
Born Sovereignty. We elected you just like we elected all before you and
they let us down just like you have. You possibly didn't mean to, you just
did. We elected you because you were one of just a handful we in turn were
presented with. We had no choice but to elect one of you. That is not
democracy.

You, like all the rest before you could not, and never will, be able to give
us what we elected you to do. We elected you to abide with us in our freedom
that we may live in a country of warmth, safety and prosperity. It is my
belief that we as human beings deserve to live our lives the way we choose,
in a responsible and respectful manner toward our fellow beings on this
land, and to share our warm welcome with others from far lands, and to move
freely in our own world in peace.

You and those before you care not for us. You care only for yourself and
never listen to the real voice of the people you consider that you govern.

So it is now time for us, the people, to take back what you have taken from
us. Our Natural Inalienable Rights of the Common Law of this land which you
and all those before you chose to take from us, and then offer back to us in
the form of privileges. You stole our children from us, and kept us from the
knowledge of how you did it. You used this knowledge and created us as legal
fictions called 'persons', in order to entrap and enslave us in the debt
which you have accrued over time with a privately owned corporation known as
the Bank of England.

Fleet Law, the law of the waters, does not apply to human beings on the
land. You have used this law and with sleight of hand, using meanings to
words which only you and your society understand, in order to cheat us from
our liberty and our freedom.

You and all those before you have created a complex inter twined society of
secrets to which we are not invited. You use these secrets to cheat us and
lie to us in order to keep us in fear and guilt and hate. You manipulate us
that we may fight each other, police each other, resent each other, thus
distracting us from what is real. And the truth is that we are real. We are
conscious flesh and blood human beings with a living soul.

We abide by the Common Laws of this Land and never knowingly cause loss,
harm or injury to another fellow being. These are the only Laws by which we
need to be governed. Your fictional Statutory Rules are becoming an
obsession for you, and all those who support you in them. We take the view
that you have no soul, no compassion, no empathy and no love for your
fellows. Therefore you either have no soul, or you live in the pain of not
knowing who you are.

So here and now let it be known to you and your peers that no army in this
world can stop us from taking back our birthright. We will not fight you
with guns. We will not riot and thus give you the excuse you and your
masters desire in order to enslave us further. We will not fight you
physically at all. We will fight you with what we possess - knowledge and
Common Sense. In doing so we will take down your agents and judiciaries,
because we know their workings, and we know what to say to them and we know
what to write to them. We know the right questions to ask. We know how to
pose unanswerable questions to which Common Sense and the rule of Common Law
are the sole answers.

We will now live our lives the way we wish, and you cannot stop us. You have
twisted words and used them against us to gain your false power. We now take
back those words and use them against you in their natural and most powerful
meaning and understanding. False Statutory Rule will fall as it is fiction
created by you and the ones before you, and all that it has created will
fall with it.

We no longer accept your rule.

We will not fight you or cause chaos on our streets.

We will not fight each other

We will not join your armed forces

We will not fight beings from other lands on your behalf

We will not join your police force

We will not pay your taxes

We will not listen to your lies

We will not register our newborns

We will not force our children to do that which they do not want to do

We will not join another nations rule

We will stand by and protect our sovereignty

We will protect our land from the oppression of other lands and their
leaders

We will force your system to shut down and fail

We will never allow your system to rise again

We will stop the cash flow through your privately owned banks

We will educate others of your secret societies and corrupt business of
ruling

We will create our own freedom

We will remain peaceful at all times

We are implacable

We are honourable

Without us your system is nothing. Your system cannot function without the
people who make it work. We are the people who work in your corporations. We
are the people who work in your courts. The people who work in your shops
and your offices and your transport network and your postal service. We are
the moving parts of your machine and we will stop your system from working.

We have the power to do all of this and you know this is the truth. You knew
this was coming all along. You were waiting for this. It releases you from
your pain. If you have a backbone you will stand down from your position and
join us. If you are true to your people you will do this. If you wish to
lead us, then join us. Stand up to the ones who control you and tell them
you believe in your people.

I am one of many and the many are growing by the day. Join us in our freedom
if you will. The door is open to all human beings, if indeed you are one.

Sincerely without ill-will, frivolity, or vexation,

Free

Hello fellow confester(s)

Would like to head up to confest - leave Thursday morning  - I live in Bondi so
will pickup from Eastern Suburbs or Inner City Area otherwise we can arrange to
meet somewhere - the drive to confest is about 11 hours long so my idea is to
drive for 7-8 hours on Thursday 9/4/2009  - stay overnight in a nearby town -
then wake up fresh and head straigt into confest Friday morning.

Ideally one person but two people could be OK also as I only have a small car -
VW Golf and if all of us bring our own tents and other camping gear could be
cramped.

Let's share a few laughs (and petrol costs)

Please call number below to arrange.

Looking forward to hearing from you

Subject: [confest] Future of World Naked Bike Ride Brisbane plus WNBR at
ConFest

Hi all,

Before you start rushing to Marte's defence on this matter, I should let
you know a few things about the WNBR and Marte.

1) According to the official site in the nakedwiki section, the success
of the event does not depend on the size of it, but rather empowering
the individual to overcome their fear and shame of being naked in
public. Conrad Schmidt, who started the first WNBR in 2004 said that a
successful ride can mean anywhere between 2 to 400 people taking part. I
got 7 this year, which is a small improvement over the 5 last year.

2) The WNBR is not to do with 'organised nudism'. The state organisers
can promote the event as they see fit using whatever outlets they
choose. It is not slavish to any particular cause, especially as people
take part in it for varying reasons - some for the thrill of civil
disobedience, others for the joy of sustainable transport, others for
going one step more on conserving the natural environment (less money
spent on laundry and water usage).

3) Two weeks before the event was due to take place in Brisbane, I got a
few emails from Marte where he had hounded me from pillar to post to
change the location of the event from ANZAC park in Toowong to another
place because he feared the police would pull the plug on the event. In
the three years that I have been organising the WNBR they have never
stopped it, just threatened to arrest anybody who exposes their genital
area. At last year's one, they did threaten the guys with arrest if they
took their boardies off and the lone woman if she took off her top. At
this years one the police simply asked the male riders to keep their
g-strings on.

4) Marte also violated the WNBR's policy of not actively recruiting
youngsters for it when he got himself into a lot of trouble at ConFest
last year where he had egged on a 15-year-old girl who wanted to join in
to go the full monty a couple of times even though she refused. This
girl however did go topless of her own accord for most of the festival,
as she was keeping company with Tony & Desley's teenaged son David a
lot.* There were no ulterior motives on his part, but still it puts him
in a very compromising position. Ironically, Marte rode in the Newcastle
and Sydney bike rides this year wearing a pair of red speedos. The
Sydney one got only 14 riders, and he has not demanded that its
organiser 'retires' from the role, which brings us to my next point.

5) Following the small turnout of the Brisbane one this year, Marte
decided to sack me as the Brisbane organiser and then wanted me to lie
to my Yahoo! and Facebook groups that I had retired from my role. Like
hell, I would! This was the straw that broke the camel's back, and I
have since removed him from my facebook group and friends list, and
written an email to Conrad Schmidt, Heidi Hill (Melbourne organiser) and
Bike Rider (the Nimbin organiser) about him. Heidi has said that she was
also going to write to Conrad herself, because he had been hassling
members of the WNBR Melbourne groups and she had told him to butt out as
it is *her* event, not his.

6) I got complaints about Marte's poster design from a few women,
including Heidi, for the first two Australian WNBR's. For the first two
in Brisbane he had one of an old Indian chief on a bike with his
genitals being the main focus of it and uttering an expletive in
appraisal of the event, which is supposed to be a family friendly one.
For this year's one he depicted two young ladies straddling a bike naked
wearing fishnet stockings and stiletto heels with a blurb about a
fictitious legal scandal involving them. A young lady whom I approached
to help me promote the event said it was done in bad taste and I'm
inclined to agree with her now. Other people who have known Marte a bit
longer than me have told me that he can be very heavy-handed and loves
to provoke and inflame people.

You would know that people like Marte don't hound or push everybody
around, only those whom he assumes will stand for it. I am a pretty
placid, amiable and soft hearted person in real life, but like everybody
else I do have another side to me that doesn't come out too often and
when cornered I can get quite nasty. Unfortunately, Marte has cornered
me one too many times and it is time that everybody else on the groups
knew about it.

I *will* be organising the 2010 WNBR in Brisbane whether he likes it or
not, and there is nothing that he can do to stop it short of giving a
bogus report to the police (like the SECSC club boat cruise scandals
recently).

Best wishes,

Dario Western

Dear Naked Bike Riders of Brisbane,

Dario Western is no longer the Organiser of the World Naked Bike Ride
Brisbane.

The WNBR Brisbane WNBR 2008 had 6 riders.

Last December, at the WNBR Australia National Convention, Dario agreed
that his ability to perform the role and achieve a satisfactory level of
rider participation was in serious need of improvement and that the
future of WNBR in Brisbane and his position of Organiser were dependant
on demonstrated improvement. I have provided ample support, advice and
help to help Dario during his time as Organiser and particularly in the
lead up to the most recent ride.

The result of about 6 participants in WNBR Brisbane 2009 is not a
satisfactory level of participation. Brisbane has set a record for
having the 2 smallest rides in Australia for a second or subsequent
event in any city or town. Despite the undertaking to improve or step
aside in the circumstances, Dario is having some difficulty
understanding and accepting that it is not in the best interests of the
event for him to continue. I have explained the situation as nicely as I
can and offered Dario the opportunity to announce his retirement which
he has rejected. He is maintaining control of a facebook group and a
MySpace page using the WNBR Brisbane name until he gets over it. I am
sure we all wish him well and that he regains a happy disposition soon.

The position of WNBR Brisbane Organiser is vacant and I will consider
any nominations for the position from now onwards. Becoming an Organiser
requires certain criteria being met and is not automatic. As National
Coordinator I decide and make appointments to the positions of
Organisers within Australia. There has to be a reasonable chance of
success, demonstrated results, application to the task, ability to
cooperate and willingness to communicate with the National Coordinator.
Organisers need to demonstrate tact and discretion. A good understanding
of the themes of the WNBR and commitment to them is essential. WNBR
Organisers are supported and mentored in their role by the National
Coordinator, given web support, assistance with administering groups,
have posters and flyers drafted for them, media help and whatever
assistance or advice they need or request that can be preformed via
cyberspace.

Until a new Organiser or Organisers can be found, there is no prospect
of a future WNBRide in Brisbane. So it you want to see the event revived
and renewed please email me directly.

I'll be heading up from Northcote, leaving very early Thursday morning.

If anyone is interested I'll have room for one other in the car.

Hello all,
My plans to get to confest have been smashed by a dodgy car rental company, so
if you are going and have a spare seat for a friendly, 20yr, traveler it would
be much appreciated!!

Hi all!

My boyfriend and I are travelling around Australia at present, were at
New Years fest, and are hoping to make it to this Easter ConFest.
Presently we are in NSW around Port Macquarie area, and were planning
on heading South to the site for April, but it's a looong way when
you're hitchhiking!

We have quite loose plans (we're WWOOFing at the moment) and can travel
north in NSW if there is a lift available from Byron area or anywhere
really! We can even leave earlier than the 10th if needed!

I hope we can make it there anyways, and see all you shiney beautiful
people. ;D

You can reach us by text or phone on 044 9151288

Hello

I went to Confest for the first time last xmas and really enjoyed it and wish to
go back again for Easter.

I will be flying into Melbourne on the 7th of April and would like to go to
Confest that afternoon or the next day. I intends to do some volunteering work
there.

I wont be having much luggage, just myself and my hearing dog.

If you can assist in getting me and my dog there it would be appreciated. I
will most certainly assist with the cost of fuel extra.

If you can help I can be contacted on happybuddha68@...

Thanks

HI!

My boyfriend and I are looking forward to attending our second ConFest...still
travelling around Aus, are in Sydney at present, possibly heading south if we
can't WWOOF in this area.

Anyways, we're looking for a lift for 2 (and willing to share fuel costs) from
Sydney, or around....we're quite flexible..if we don't end up hearing from
someone, we might end up trying to hitch closer inland or to Melbourne. So this
is a message out to all you beautiful people, in hope of something
synchronizing...

Love and purpleness~

Hi all
I will be going to ConFest from Newtown, Sydney. I have this week bought myself
a Hiace van for more comfortable camping but it also means there is no problem
with space for everyone's gear to get down there. There is seating for 3 so I
can take 2 people. I would like help with petrol costs - estimated cost 1-way
$100.

At this point in time (Sat nt) I want to leave on Tuesday 7/4 arvo but I really
don't think I will get my act together by then. Most likely it will be Wed 8/4
or at worst I won't get away till Thurs 9/4.

Whatever day I leave I will probably be leaving Sydney around lunchtime to early
afternoon & driving most of, if not all, the way there. We could either just
drive there & camp outside the ConFest gate, or we could stop at say Hay, then
do the last couple of hundred km's the next day.

I intend to stay to help with breakdown till Fri 17/4, and return to Sydney that
day (it'll probably be close to midnight).

If my plans work for you (one way or both) please:
1. Best to ring me after 1pm till 11pm any day on 0415.259.592 (Voda).
2. or email reply to peternettle2@...

Hello there sweet confesters. My girlfriend and I have decided to go one day
earlier to festival to avoid most of the traffic. We will now be leaving
Melbourne city at 9am Thursday 9th. We have room for one person. We would prefer
someone with knowledge of the area as we are tourists to your neck of the woods.
Keep smiling and spreading the love.

OK, well as I got so many replies to my requests for opinions, I thought I'dd
let you know some results. All messages were submitted to a DTE/ConFest
Committee meeting , by myself.
There were many other complaints too, about issues to do with sound in
general. Ian( Red Beach) spoke at great length, about Electrically Amplified
Sound around the Red Beach Area, not Red Beach itself. There is no change to
the Red Beach area. The discussion on sound has not been about Red Beach as
such, and Ian's contribution to ConFest is appreciated.
Ok following complaints from many market traders, it was proposed to ban
all Electrically Amplified Sound from the market area. This was voted on. This
is now inforce, and part of the traders permit. There will be no Electrically
Amplified music permitted at any time in the whole market area.
There is to be no Electrically Amplified Sound unless prior approval from
the DTE/ConFest Committee is granted. The use of car stereo equipement can
only be used for listening to ConFest radio, not for private music festivals,
the same for any stereo equipement. If you check your ticket at entry it does
state relevant things in accordance with this.
The DTE Directors then formed a sub committee answerable to the Directors
only, to deal with this issue. The Sound Committee, is of 5 people, all onsite
and all on Radio communication. It is their responsibility to go around and if
needs be ask those who need to be asked to stop. There is a process now , that
can result in someone who choses not to respect others to leave the ConFest site
and not return. Hopefully now camping areas will be quieter areas. The
Sound Committee is contactable, ask at the Info tent, and they can and will be
able to listen to any sound complaints you may have. Most of their working will
be at night, so I would ask if you feel a need to contact them, try to avoid
mornings!
There will also be a public meeting on the saturday afternoon, to obtain
views on Electrically Amplified Sound. The request is for people to write down
their views, ideally with an email address and name, and hand it in, either at
the meeting, or at the box in the Info tent. The box will also be emptied
everyday. There will also be paper there for you to write on at anytime.
Amongst many other things it is my responsibility to collect this all, and in
due course it will be presented to DTE/ConFest Committee. Info on this of
course in the Info tent. I would like it remembered that Ian( Red Beach) fully
supports this. There should be no other Electrically Amplified Sound than Red
Beach.
All accoustic music is encouraged, tho again, we ask that people respect
others, especially in the early hours!
